Carolina Frontini

Psychologist and a qualified Yoga Instructor. She has completed a Postgraduate distance-learning course in Ayurvedic Medicine certificated by Ayurveda Prema Health Foundation, Argentina.

She gained experience working more than 10 years as an Occupational Psychologist in providing quality Human Resource management services for small and medium sized companies and public organisations. She is partner of BOZZI HR Consultancy team in Argentina, experts in advising on Organisational Change; Recruiting and hiring process, Performance Assessments, Coaching, leadership and development.

She began her personal practice of yoga, meditation and body movement exercises 15 years ago. In 2012, she has trained at Body Movement sessions based on Body-Mind Centering® (BMC) technique and conducted by Catalina Brescia, Psychoanalyst trained in dance and body language.

In 2013 she travelled to India and she has attended at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh. She has practiced traditional Hatha Yoga basic asana, Surya Namaskar and meditation classes delivered by Shanti Mata, resident Yoga teacher.

She has trained as a Yoga Instructor at S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana) deemed University of Bangalore City, India.

Currently, Carolina is living in London offering individual and group yoga sessions in English and Spanish, combining yoga practice and psychology to improve wellness and mental health. She is part of the professional team of LAWRS (Latin American Women's Right - a human rights-based organization that supports Latin American women migrants in the UK), providing Yoga workshops and group sessions based in breathing and body movement exercises to relieve negative symptoms of stress. During the last year, she also has been developing Yoga group sessions aimed to refugee women as a volunteering work for the British Red Cross (BRC).
